Prior to making a booking in our service you are kindly asked to get acquainted with the booking terms.
Prior to making a hotel booking through Hotelia Booking Centre it is necessary to get acquainted with the following Hotel Booking Terms and to accept them in the booking process. If the Terms are not accepted, the system will not allow any booking.
I. BOOKING
1. Hotel booking through Hotelia Booking Centre is executed by completing and submitting a booking form, which constitutes an integral part of the system.
2. Consequences of submitting incorrect data in the form will be fully borne by the person making the booking.
3. The system operator will not be liable for temporary lack of access to Hotelia Booking Centre resulting from maintenance intervals, eliminating irregularities or other significant reasons.
4. The booking will be considered executed after the person making the booking settles payment in the way stated by Hotelia Booking Centre and after the booking confirmation is sent to the person making the booking by the system operator according to the rules described in point III of these Terms.
II. TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. Bank transfer or money order. In case of payment by bank transfer or money order the person making the booking is obligated to send a document proving efficient execution of the transfer to the following fax number: 0048 22 833 67 07 at least three days before the date on which the service commences (arrival at the hotel). The amount due should be sent to the following account:

2. Credit card. In case of payment with a credit card it is necessary for the person making the booking to provide the following data concerning the credit card:
a. the kind of credit card
b. credit card number
c. name and surname of the credit card holder
d. credit card expiry date
e. the protective code (if required)
The authorisation and the settlement will be executed by means of connection with PolCard S.A. clearing centre encrypted in a 128-bit key. The operator will block the required amount (the amount given in the confirmation form) on the credit card with which the card will be charged within 7 days of the date of the booking confirmation but not later than 3 working days before the day on which the person making the booking intends to commence taking advantage of the service booked. In case when blocking the required amount on the credit card is impossible the booking will not be confirmed.
3. Other services ordered on the spot (paid tv, mini bar, etc.) will be paid for directly at the hotel. Hotelia Booking Centre is not liable for settlements between the person making the booking and the hotel.
III. CONFIRMATION
Within 12 hours (on working days, 48 hours on all other days) from the moment of completing and submitting the booking form a Booking Centre operator will make a booking in the hotel selected by the person making the booking. Moreover, the operator will send a confirmation to the e-mail address which the person making the booking indicated in the booking form. The confirmation form will include the booking confirmation together with a Voucher or a refusal of booking of the hotel selected by the person making the booking.
IV. BOOKING CANCELATION
1. Hotel booking may be cancelled according to the regulations stated in point 3.
2. The person making the booking will make the cancellation solely by means of the Booking Cancellation Form available at www.hotelia.pl.
3. In case of booking cancellation the following amounts will be charged:
a) No charge if the resignation takes place at least 4 days before the first day on which the person making the booking intends to commence taking advantage of the booked hotel place, night stay or other service;
b) 10% charge of the total booking cost if the resignation takes place at least 3 days before the first day on which the person making the booking intends to commence taking advantage of a booked hotel place, night stay or other service;
c) 100% charge (total booking cost) if the resignation takes place in the time shorter than 3 days before the first day of booking (in case of the booking of a night stay - 100% charge of the first day of stay);
d) 100% charge (total booking cost) if the person making the booking resigns from the booking but does not do it by means of completing and sending the Booking Cancellation Form;
e) 100% charge (total booking cost) if the person making the booking does not arrive or does not take advantage of the service booked in the time set without making an earlier alteration.
4. In case of the booking cancellation the amount due for the person making the booking will be returned by bank transfer to the account indicated by the person making the booking in the Booking Cancellation Form.
V. PERSONAL DATA
When doing a booking by means of Hotelia Booking Centre the person making the booking agrees for his personal data to be put in the data bases of both the Operator and those partner services by means of which the particular booking is executed. The data will be processed solely for the purposes of the booking execution, facilitating subsequent bookings and marketing purposes according to the act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection. The person making the booking is entitled to view and update his/her personal record.
VI. ACCEPTANCE OF HOTEL BOOKING TERMS
By accepting the booking terms in the process of completing the booking form the person making the booking states that s/he has got acquainted with the Hotel Booking Terms and is aware of consequences arising from this fact.
