Gastronomy
The food served in Amadeus derives from the finest traditions of both Polish and European cuisine. Our signature dish is the crayfish soup - made to a time honoured Polish recipe, which invariably required that the following ingredients be used. Veal a'la Don Giovanni gives all due credit to the renowned specialities of European cuisine, very closely followed by our excellent desserts: Ice cream concerto and Cheesecake delight. Our wine cellar - offering an exceptionally wide selection of fine French, Italian and Austrian wines, let alone the vintages from many flung corners of the world - may certainly appeal even to a most discerning palate.
Conferences
With space for nearly fifty people, our conference room facilities can cater for the needs of most extensive meeting. Our conference room can accommodate up to forty-six people and guests will have access to, state of the art. technology and equipment, which makes Hotel Amadeus the ideal place to hold your meetings. Our highly trained staff are always on hand to offer friendly advice and attend to your every comfort. Guests are also encouraged to make full use of the exclusive club and meeting room which has space for up to twelve people.
