Cooperation with ECard
Hotelia system's security is guaranteed by ECard - a company handling payment card transactions clearing. The company offers "safe purch@sing" ("Bezpieczne z@kupy") service. The idea for the service is to provide facilities for e-commerce companies to accept payment for transactions executed with payment cards at the companies' e-commerce points of sale. Highest quality service and maximum security of transactions are ensured. Thanks to cooperation with ECard the products in our offer can be purchased in a quick and secure way. Hotelia accepts all major payment cards such as: VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB, JCB, ECard and PBK STYL. We also provide facility for acceptance of those VISA ELECTRON cards for which the issuing bank allows Internet transactions.

- Card number. The card number information is exclusively available to ECard and is not stored in the Hotelia system. Due to this solution you can feel more secure knowing that your card number is protected in a proper way and is not circulated within on the Internet.
-Encryption. Submitting information concerning the card holder (payment card number, personal data) is carried out by means of SSL protocol with a possibility of using full 128-bit encryption. The solution meets all the requirements imposed by VISA and Europay systems' regulations on e-commerce and, moreover, exceeds them.
- CVC2/CVV2 code verification. We verify additional information concerning the payment card (the three-digit code on a card reverse) in order to be absolutely certain that the transaction being executed is not a false one. All these steps are taken out of the need for your transaction security.
